How this works
As with any therapy if you are interested please contact me .
After contact we can decide a good time for both of us to set up our first session, prior to this i will securely send an information gathering sheet to be returned prior to our meeting.
With any non in person work it is essential the therapist has an emergency contact in case there was an issue during our sessions, there is more information on the information sheet regarding this.

Following Covid -19 many of us will have needed to use technology for work of for Social Interaction and love it or loath it it has become part of our routines.
What Online therapy allows us to do is to have more freedom of choice over therapists and to have more autonomy without the need to travel to a therapist's office .
Online and Telephone Therapy is not for everyone but it has proven to be an effective way for many people with many presentations.
As with any therapy it is often the connection you have with your therapist which is something you will be able to judge for yourself using real time ways of communication similar to in person therapy.

Contracts of confidentiality and personal details will be sent and received Via Encrypted.
Tech platforms such as Zoom and Teams are as secure as they can be that when we are reliant on a third party we can never be 100% certain , but in the rare situation there was to be any breach of confidentiality this would be picked up immediately by the platforms and dealt with as soon as i was to be notified.
The Zoom Platform specifically has worked hard to ensure a good encrypted service and i will ensure that i regularly load any security updates as standard.
